Good location with modern feel room

Good place with new furnishings. Room is nice and modern and has a space next to reception to use. I booked the twin room with no window and they provided sufficient lighting so it didn't feel dark. Location is 5min walk to Paddington station or less to Edgware Road. There are a few buses too making it a great location.

The staff are not particularly helpful. There is limited facilities including no kettle in the room and only 4 spots for hangers. They have a policy around extra benefits for booking directly which makes sense, but they send you emails as if you have booked directly so it is misleading that you receive these benefits (i.e. free breakfast and gym access) and you don't know until you get there and by then it is too late to receive these benefits. Can be loud in the no window rooms as you can hear the trains but it is reasonable loudness.

Good value for money

Convenient location that at the same time isn’t too crowded or too noisy. Comfortable, basic and does the job for a few day stay.

A more powerful shower would be nice but for the price really can’t complain.

Although we arrived before the official check in time we were given a room to check into. When facing a problem with the room we we're quickly assigned a new one. The location was perfect. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and a short 7-10 minutes walk to Paddington station allowed us to explore the rest of the city from there. Right in front of the hotel there was a supermarket which came in really handy. The breakfast buffet was tiny but the selection surprisingly good and delicious. For our four nights stay it was perfect. We could also order a hot drink of our choice with every breakfast.

The room was very small and we had nowhere to place our suitcase but in front of the desk. There was a few hangers and a shelf behind the bed that helped organise a bit, however staying more than a few days here would be really difficult.

Good location. Clean , modern but small rooms

The staff were very kind and helpful We were able to check in well before lunchtime. They were also happy to store our left luggage for a few hours. The rooms while quite compact are modern and well equipped.

I would have greatly appreciated a kettle in the room so that I could make coffee/tea or alternatively, a hot water dispenser somewhere convenient.

Convenient location, modern hotel, friendly staff

A great find in London! Staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel is just around the corner from the Paddington station, so it is incredibly convenient for public transportation or just walking to explore. The room was small but well-appointed, with a very comfortable mattress and fun mood lighting options via LED lights hidden above the window curtains, headboard, and mirror. Many colors to choose from! Super easy check in and check out.

The room was abbreviated but well-appointed; however the bathroom was a bit cramped. But overall, a great value for the location and a very modern feeling hotel.

Room was on lower ground floor and there was a smell of drains which was not particularly nice - mainly in the hallway but also in the room.

What was the highlight of Point A Hotel London Paddington

This is a fairly affordable hotel close to Paddington station in London. You can walk to two Underground stations, as well as several restaurants and even Hyde Park. It's a good neighborhood to be based in for a visit to London. I was also glad that the rooms had air conditioning, since I visited London during a heat wave!

The beds were a little firmer than I usually like. I also found it weird that, while they gave you nice large bath towels, no hand towels or anything else were provided in the bathroom. Lastly, you do hear some train/Tube noise from inside the hotel (I think the lines must run underneath it), so pack ear plugs if you're a light sleeper!

We stayed here after a long flight from Australia, the a point was easy to find and access, situated in the centre of Paddington meant we could get around to all the attractions we wanted to see and have a variety of options for meals

What was the highlight of Point A Hotel London Paddington

The bed was comfy, though a little short for people taller than 1,65cm. The airco was loud so we had to turn that off in the middle of the night, but worked amazing during the day. Really good stay if you want to explore London but don't want to pay too much or stay in a loud area. Tesco express is right across the street for a quick stop and Pret-A-Manger is down the street for a coffee or breakfast. Restaurant next door offers discount to people staying at the hotel. Both underground stops (Paddington and Edgware Road) are only about 7min walking and will get you right to Oxford Circus if you get on the Southbound Bakerloo line!

The bathroom was a bit tiny (could literally stretch my arms to touch both sides) but worked out all right if you're only staying for a couple of nights. You could feel the tubes going underneath even though we stayed on first floor. They stop around 11pm-ish.

A friendly comfortable place to stay.

If you are a light sleeper, bear in mind that on the ground floor you can hear the underground rumblings (but did not cause me an issue) I had a no window room, which was perfect as I only needed it to sleep. If you wanted a room to relax in, this may not be suitable.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel, first we booked a room without window in which it was too hot to sleep, but on the next morning they were very kind to change it for us with another room with window. The staff was very friendly, especially Ben, everything was great. We had a great time in London, is an amazing city!
